Ha ha ha...yeah I bet you are Mr Beard...NOT!!

"The business of the meeting includes a proposal for the re-election of non-executive Director Mr Alexander
(Sandy) Beard...."

Well, Sandy may have some business related shortcomings...but you have to admit - AUDACITY is not one of them.

"At the meeting you will also have the opportunity to vote on the adoption of the Remuneration
Report, to approve additional placement capacity as well as to ask questions to the Anagenics board and the
auditor."

I can't wait to see how many votes of approval they get - on both of these counts. Given the current circumstances, the words "placement capacity" should not be in any AN1 related documents. Looks like they are still seeing the jewelled road to prosperity as being shareholder dilution (aka M&A's).

"The Directors believes that Resolution 3 is in the best interests of the Company and unanimously
recommends that Shareholders vote in favour of this Resolution."

They spend 4 full pages explaining the technical and process side of the Additional Placement Capacity and say how they believe this is in the best interests of shareholders and they all also recommend it - BUT they don't appear to state their reasons WHY ... in order to justify their recommendation!
