Taking a deeper look at Resolution 5 ... I had my first look at who Critical Management Group Pty Ltd are after noticing their hefty $7,000 per day price tag. Must me a team of guru's solving all our boards problems .... nope, it's just a one-man company, run by Mark Stigter ((30) Marc Stigter PhD | LinkedIn). Not a bad day rate!
Interestingly I found that CMG/Stigter were part of a massive investigation by NSW gov't concerning the use of consultancy firms (link).
Anyhoo, for 18 days work he received $63k cash and 4mill shares to provide 'strategic advisory services'.
Without knowing exact details on why CMG was engaged, it seems quite excessive if you simply look at the size of AVL as a company and its small operations. Anyone know more about this arrangement?
