The amount seems to be his going rate though?
And given Regal’s affirmation in the AFR last year (June 2023?) that it would support project development if TMT and AVL were merged maybe it has had a hand in the engagement?
RCF wanting to ensure AVL continues towards keeping a ‘tier one’ profile might also be a reason he was engaged as he does seem to be highly esteemed?
