Looking at his website, he runs leadership courses on strategy. A day rate for someone like this would usually be all inclusive (I.e. days preparing the course to AVL, flights, accomodation etc.). At a guess, he’d probably be doing no more than a 2 day course twice a year.
$32,000, if you weren’t in the room you can’t really value it.
