They've got my vote. Progress feels slow, however, they are a small team juggling a lot of balls often hamstrung by bureaucracy. Im sure they have are passionate about the future potential and success of their exploration programme and extracting shareholder value. Nothing will incentivise them more than a few rights attached to targets that will not only serve as a reward to directors but more importantly to shareholders. I could not disagree more with your sentiment.
