CL needs the patents ?? and has the funding support. but can Gary sell to CL is there a conflict of interest ? there is but does it matter legally I don't know. value would be based on what royalties would become due after the fee licencing expires. hard to put a figure on that but surely it's $100m ? 1.1c. Gary would want more, Joe would want more and CL want the patents, or do they? if LPD fails what happens? no royalties due?
