Hydrogen has massive end to end energy losses (80%) and is also a nightmare to containe at room temperature. Not to mention the cost.
Even rocket engines moving to methane.
I personally see no future for hydrogen in the personal vehicle industry. The economics and logistics just aren't competitive.
