Yeah I know, unfortunately, but the thought is that a new board seeing the potential of this may want to get things moving and see the MD's lack of achievement. They may well come to the conclusion that he is over paid and incompetent therefore its time to go if we want this business to be a success.
He's had long enough to prove himself and quite frankly hasnt achieved much at all during his time.
