Our caesium byproducts necessitate NDAs. Shareholders have known this for many years. Perhaps this opacity doesn't suit everyone's investing appetite? (One of the many points to consider in deciding to hold LPD.)
@EDTD, I've just seen your post from this morning. Thank you. I will respond to it separately, in the name of posting the following now.
I have neither read nor heard our management comment "about UAE no longer being viable." Regarding "underwhelming communications to retail investors:" our QRs are far more detailed than those of my other holdings. Our management are very approachable, via phone (2 numbers under their signatures on every QR) or email. Our recently released Sustainability Report is imo an impressively thorough and thoroughly impressive communication of our tech's capability, our management's diligence and our company's integrity.
@AM74, I am uncertain as to how you are of the opinion that "this team is not in full flow." I couldn't disagree more, as this is no way accurately reflects company feedback, whether that's spoken or apparent in company documentation, such as our Sustainability Report. (For any who haven't read it, it takes hours.)
To a few of your other points: our Chair, Gary Johnson, is the inventor of our unique processes, so to suggest that he be dismissed I find surprising. Moreover, both he and our MD have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars, far more than most shareholders, as you also suggest. Mark Rodda does not have "one foot out the door." He is up for rotation in 2 years' time. He and Gary btw are trusted colleagues pre-dating our reverse listing into PLP. Mark and Cynthia both tick the recommended boxes of having “Independent Directors” on our board. As to the accusations of "lifestyle or line their own pockets: our management stand to gain far more by the eventual success of our company (through their substantial investments) than by drawing a wage.
@Logzy, how you and many others here can hold shares in a company for YEARS, believing you are being lied to is completely beyond me.
@boltsy, not sure what you're sceptical about. I've many times admitted I have difficulty facing the negativity on HC, as dozens and dozens of other LPD shareholders also do. My self-interest in our company's success is evident by Top 20 lists.
Apologies to all that I didn't make it back to HC earlier, to allow sufficient time for measured responses. House moves are a juggle!![]()
