Hello again, @EDTD. Thank you for your 2 considered replies this morning. I'll quickly address your main points, but fulsome responses will have to keep until after this Saturday, once I've completed the house move. Voting closes in 10 minutes anyway, thus there's no consequence to a few days' delay.

So you were a Platypus Minerals shareholder and therefore have been in since Lepidico's reverse listing in 2016? This rings a faint bell. At some point when I was going through early announcements (using HC, which pre-dates ASX's platform), I recognised a HC handle or two.

Re: "no apparent lever to pull to get more cash." On page 2 of our September QR: "Several indicative non-binding proposals for bridge finance have been received."

Re "I'd like to see a little more personal investment." Having gone through our 3Y Appendices a few months ago, if I recollect correctly, JW has put in $780k, thus his 46.5m shareholding.

Re "If you are happy with your level of understanding as to why our share price is where it is." Of course I'm not happy, but I also hold other lithium companies whose share prices sit at half the value of my purchase price 9 years ago, so I'm realistic. E.g., NMT, with imo excellent management, multiple irons in the fire, recently announcing the opening of their battery recycling plant in Germany, a 50:50 JV with Mercedes-Benz. Whilst AGY is slightly higher atm than my buy-in price also 9 years ago, at 4 cents p/s, they were 80 cents two years ago. Point is that all lithium companies are down and portfolios red.

Most emphatically, my optimism is not "false," and whilst not easily offended, after years of heart-felt efforts here to share my research and thoughts, I don't appreciate your insinuation that my sentiment is any other than what it is: sincere.
