It's all pretty much Industry stock practice. If you're going to rail against the norm, take it to ASIC - they're settling the rules.
If you are looking for a point of contention. How about looking into why the Issue price for Res 4 & 6 both state 15 Oct 24 date of issue, but one uses $0.024 (assumed) and tutha $0.026 (Closing) in example.
Do the calcs in Res 4 need revisiting?
