Definitely a yes for Geoff and Ewen for me.

Also need to remember that David’s performance options are for future performance not past. His previous ones may not vest if he hasn’t achieved the performance criteria set by the board.
The incentive options are a part of his salary that saves us from having to pay him all in cash, thus helping with cash reserves until we achieve commercialisation, otherwise we would bleed more money faster.
Unfortunately the 10% placement option is a back up incase income doesn’t flow before capital dwindles below regulatory levels. This has always been passed at every AGM, but not always utilised.
Fingers crossed we don’t need it this time, but not holding my breath.
