Gareth, I agree. But you left off 000's on the number of shares given.
I have been a big fan of DR but would like to know why we need to give him 5,400,000 shares to incentivize him for short term KPI's?
Isn't the fact that getting our product to market which when it happens will increase our share price and make him a lot richer?
Also, isn't that the job he signed up for in the first place, to get our product to market?
How about doing something to incentivize shareholders?
Also, I see that GC will not be staying for the full tenure if re-elected as the board is undertaking a Board renewal process.
What does that mean?? Are they saying that our current board does not have the skill set to commercialise our Clean Energy Technology or just some of the board.
Will be a very interesting AGM if no more deals done before the date.
After 12 years as a holder, I still say Keep the Faith. It sometimes tests me though.
