James Spenceley is fully embracing being a politician now! They want us to vote for the board to get a pay rise while the company is making bad decisions and the SP is tanking. Their decisions haveus on a path to single digits though dilution via acquisitions and possibly a CR and they just want to line their own pockets, I am incredibly disappointed they put a pay rise on for the board at this time.
We need to send a message as holders! I will be voting down most of the meeting.
