I like EZZ's speculative issue price of $4.71 for the 10% placement. I wonder if these are just placeholder figures, or they are being serious. Given that the lowest issue price must be higher than 75% of the VWAP (currently $3.50) the shares can't be issued much cheaper than $2.60 anyway. Perhaps the placement will be priced between $3 and $3.50, raising around $14million.
Or maybe I'm wrong and EZZ knows investors who would happily buy over $4. It's looking positive either way.
