I am voting AGAINST these resolutions and my broker is also voting AGAINST these resolutions. It's a great idea that you guys turn up to the board meeting and remind these directors that they have an obligation to act in the best interests of all shareholders and not simply in their own interests. They are directors of a public company. I am Melbourne based so I can't make it but thanks for speaking up on behalf of shareholders.
