Every appointment vote listed is recommended, and the rem report is the only other vote listed.
I have no information about the pros or cons of just letting this continue with the current board. If any of the votes were to fail, what happens from there?

The company still made some profit this year, despite the Tritium mess, and it looks like arrangements are progressing for those products to continue being sold to the new owner of those charger systems.

AFIK, the Aus government haven't made any comment about concerns with their supply agreements in that space either.
