Have any of the ex-directors nominated themselves or others as alternatives to the current board? Or otherwise voiced their opinion or experience of the whole resignation incident?

I have no information about the pros or cons of just letting this continue with the current board. If any of the votes were to fail, what happens from there?
The company still made some profit this year, despite the Tritium mess, and it looks like arrangements are progressing for those products to continue being sold to the new owner of those charger systems.
AFIK, the Aus government haven't made any comment about concerns with their supply agreements in that space either.
