People are making false claims without either reading the document, or without understanding it.
$332k worth of shares are split 40/60 over 3 years based on:
If RNU shares perform poorly against peers (40%) or just poorly on it's own (60%) then the Managing Director may get performance shares 0 shares.
If it performs great vs peers (40%) and great overall (60%), then he can get up to $332k worth of shares.
I'm very happy with this.
More than happy for the Managing Director to get $332k shares over 3 years if our share price performs great!
