So they only made a $17M loss this year. Down from $20M last year. Rob Zomer mustve thought he's done well as he's given himself a $75k payrise.
Admin Expenses make up $15,556,230 of that $17M loss. Hmmm, lets have a closer look at this: (Ive highlighted some of the more interesting ones)

Corporate costs 463,278
Professional and consultancy fees 3,177,544 (WOW. I wonder who their paying this to? LIkely a related entity/ies)
Board fees 521,278
Staff costs 3,434,781 (For a business that struggles to sell much let alone have many staff I wonder who all the ghost employees are?) I dont think the wages in Malta and Slovenia are that high either.
Employee shares and share based payment expense 3,643,996 (so these ghost employees also get shares for not doing much)
IR/PR Expenses 2,145,956 (this is likely made up of first class plane tickets, 5* star hotels, 3* Michelin work lunches and dinners........everyday??)
Advertising and Marketing 269,262 (for a business that relies on sales. not much is spent here)
Depreciation and amortisation 1,293,795
Office and administrative expenses 606,340 (The rental on the office in Subiaco, Perth at this location is less than 45k per year. Where does the rest go?)

IMO these guys have no idea on how to run a publicly listed company. They produce very little, have no idea on how to utilise thier assets, expect to get approvals of thier products without going down the path of expensive clinical trials. The only thing they are good at is enticing new people to invest in them so they maintain thier lifestyles.

Ive seen shonky businesses out there and this one tops them all. Just wait for the next medical flavour of the month to come out and these guys will be sending out a PR note stating theyve got research in it......all whilst sipping some top notch Dom Perignon and eating the best caviar and duck foi gras.
