WTF the AGM is a "physical meeting only". No online participation.
The new chairman isn't much into disclosure. Why can't all shareholders at least observe their AGM?
Comments on this site always complain that there isn't enough information flow from the company, now we can't even observe the damn AGM in Canberra.
