We ve had enough raises over the last YEARS (!!!) for going from 53moz to 57moz AG .
Basically IVR sees no progress for years ..... The news flo is non existing. No drilling .
They don't need to raise . Best would be DFS and then a t/o hopefully 12cents + .....
