The Annual Report has not been issued yet.
It should be very close though. judging on previous years' dates.
The AGM Notice does, however, refer to the Annual Financial Report in relation to the Resolution on the Remuneration Report. That is a different document. You won't find it under that title though, but you will under this one: "Full Year Statutory Accounts FY 24". It issued on 26 September. That is where you will find the Remuneration Report, the one to be voted on.
