stakeholder is just a broader term, I’m in US market too so I often use different terms than what’s commonly used in Aus.
in terms of management, I’m quite worried about them because many of their decisions so far since 2022 make me think they are some sort of corporate noobs(?). spending the money away because they ‘think’ the fund will come, cancelling what they ‘promised’ to stakeholders without notice, delay without explanation etc… just too many to say on here now. if this management is full of young, ambitious geologists it will be easier for me to understand the risk comes with it but this board members present 15-30 years of corporate experience so ‘they will learn’ should not be the case here. I still do see some of their actions quite malicious, we can stop arguing about it though. You can’t change my mind and I can’t change yours lol… I don’t know if you ever been around directors… I have personally experienced directors talking to brokers about how they pretty much destruct the company value to maximise value for the selected parties. I heard it with my own ears and saw them talking with my eyes! since then, I do not take any of their actions as mistakes. It happens more often than you think really.
to be honest, since I contacted the management I started to think the biggest problem of this management might be the secretary(I know it’s ridiculous)… she is the one in charge of preparing financial reports and announcements. when I spoke to her about the possible fraudulent financial reporting, her answers were not only failing to rectify the issue but also not matching the quarterly - if it’s too difficult to comprehend I’m happy to share the full text with you, you’ll understand. Leave your email maybe? and ASX raised 4 offical questions about anns this year so far - what is she doing? It’s her job to manage the announcement to be accordance with listing rules…?
everyone has very own opinions and I’d love to understand where all the optimism is coming from, I’m not bitter just because of this paper loss, I’ve had worse paper loss before then made bags and bags out of it. I just find it very difficult to understand how this management and their working style is very well accepted by stakeholders here but still have hope that something can change my mind?
