I requested clarification on what steps the management has taken to minimise dilution on the last CR - He believes the Taurus royalty funding is non-dilutive therefore it demonstrates the company has been working to minimise dilution(?) - I don’t think we have a right minded human on chair and it doesn’t even answer my question and I take it as they didn’t even consider any other option to minimise the loss of shareholders.
2. I requested the management to provide a list of pre paid service for previous season and services to be pre paid for the next season. He said the management ‘will look at’ providing some details of pre-payment but some details are confidential with the supplier but they will provide more information(?)
3. I asked the company to provide future plans to avoid financial difficulties in the future - he said the company is boosting its financial support team, more details to be advised once they have further information(?)
