I think most of the frustration here is due to seeing the SP decline and then a raise occurring. None of us like that. But it's done now and to keep focusing on the past can be very detrimental when investing. Past performance is not an indicator of future performance.

From these levels, dave is absolutely right that the speculative potential of storm + west desert's indium is just not being valued. The valuation of the company seems to be derived almost entirely from the existing MRE's discounted %. So there is ample room to move up either when the MRE is expanded, if a deal is done around west desert as you point out or if the market begins to speculate again. Across the board retail is in a huge risk-off mode because most people's personal situations are affected by the interest rate macro. That's pretty obvious, people will pay their mortgages before holding spec stocks.
