    How on earth are they going to explain the following timeline of events:

    CR tabled 27th October 2023

    Approved 30 November 2023

    First delay noted 23 Feb 2024 - effective date of capital return 26 April 2024

    Second delay noted 22 April 2024 - effective date of capital return 31 May 2024

    Third delay noted 30th May 2024 - effective date of capital return 16th August 2024

    Fourth delay 14th August 2024 - effective date of capital return 18th October 2024

    Fifth delay 16th October 2024 -effective date of capital return 10th December 2024

    How on earth can OEL hold a straight face or rely on advice from its taxation advisers in light of the 10 month and counting delay of the CR.
