I did get a response to my email from OEL sighting the need for confidentiality of negotiations between OEL and ATO which appeared relevant to me.
My response was:

Thankyou for responding to my email.
The thought of confidentiality in dealings with the ATO did cross my mind.
Still, something does need to be said to shareholders without revealing any specific details that must be confidential between OEL and the ATO.
Hoping the Board and Management will come up with a balanced communication on this matter beyond what has been said so far.
