Unfortunately what happens is voters eventually get either apathetic or they are new and don’t know what happened previous years and so the resolutions eventually get carried. Hence why they have obviously just tried again after the very clear feedback that NED should not be given large handouts. If they had used a smaller amount of options or a less insulting exercise price it would probably have been ok, but 2mil at 12c (or less) is ridiculous
