Thanks Limia920 for the update, i always follow your posts with great interest.
Management is in the driving seat, they know what's happening behind the scenes.
It's sad that we shareholders don’t have the full picture of these events they attend with no updates on the actual outcomes, is frustrating.
I originally voted in favour of the items, listed, but as noted my vote has changed on the remuneration report and the options packages sort.
But the results will be tainted by the non participation of our o/seas holders not being able to vote and large insti holdings watching the on the sidelines that support management.
I will ask the question, why are they still blocked, and why the has it not been resolved. I will ask for Resignations at the AGM over this matter.
Otherwise I'm still more than happy with the slow progress being made as drawn out as this process has become.
