The German shareholders (30% of the total shares) apparently cannot vote at the AGM again, as they do not have an HIN or SRN.
The shares are held by Clearstream. Is it possible for us to appoint a proxy to exercise our votes at the AGM?Anything else would be a travesty as they would be excluding 30% of eligible shareholders!
