I can’t see it taking 6 months to reach .002 because as you state there flagship assets in the federal court. I’m told there will be a mass exodus of shareholders who just want out and will dump at any price just to exit there positions after relisting. Relisting at the same market cap as BPH is insane and will be slaughtered in my opinion on relisting.
