    they are obviously not the best at what they do as look at our share price.
    The cannot be Top Notch if they have been working on something that is clearly still not marketable.
    They are employed for their expertise and yet still have not perfected anything.
    When the shareprice is up and we are moving forwards , then and only then can we give them maybe some bonus shares but until then, we are just handing out performance shares for no reason

    Performance shares isn't going to make them work any harder or more productive hours ?

    They will just continue as they have been.

    Its totally ridiculous

    Hand out shares when results are in, and not dangle carrots in front of Bunnies

    Outrageous

    VOTE NO and have this resolution deleted
