Gardner up for re-election as well as McFadyen. Hard to know how to vote when we haven't had updates on what they've been doing.
Also, having to vote on performance rights every meeting is frustrating when I'm not sure if any of the directors have reached the targets to vest them in the last five years? It's not incoming for directors to fail to meet their targets at this end of the market due to multiple factors - market volatility, aggressive targets, sentiment, low volume etc, but if they fail after many years and keep failing, then I think it's fair for people to start asking questions.
A few questions:
What do the directors think are the reasons for consistently missing them?
What are you doing, if anything to improve performance and reach share price goals?
What other forms of shareholder value are you achieving? For example - did you attract any partners or new investments from this conference in NY?
What are you doing to improve investor confidence) sentiment and attract new investors?
