Hopefully item 6 gets a protest vote as well. The annual report section 3.2 lists all executives as having delivered or outperformed on their performance. Whilst the argument is always that its relatively small amounts, I am against issuing any new shares for BOQ as its dilution. They should use cash and buy on market instead for all of these incentive types. IMO.
