I'll be voting against #1, however, Chris has purchased his shares on-market and also only been on the BOD since early last year. I don't believe its justified for him to be removed as he is likely to be more aligned to retail than most. Have my doubts hes on the BOD to collect $33k and drive down the value of his capital (shareholding). See below for snippets from the Annual Report released 31/3/2025.
