"On what basis, as chairman, does he deserve a salary that is almost 4 x the average of asx list mining company", someone mentioned there is not very much independence on the board. I and others were calling out the raise and how it was shocking from a governance perspective from the company especially the way it got leaked, not to mention how low it was priced (discount etc) and how it is setting up the way the company will be run and how they will do it again. Not to mention the continually amended announcements and non-asx releases, they seem to be trying to rectify that by releasing updates maybe to try and smooth things over with the performance shares. You had people on here sucking managements farts saying how good the last raise was and and how they could do no wrong. What do you think they are going to do when people are praising them for s%&tting on shareholders? They will do it again, because noone gave a crap when they got screwed over last time management would think well they loved it last time lets do it again. Already you have people on here saying they should be entitled to rise their own interest but the hurdles are that low its not funny, yet how much have they bought out of their own pockets? On a side note wasn't the long lead items supposed to be ordered ages ago according to some posters?
