Termination Benefits is concerning too.
The way I read it they get their full performance rights if they resign or are terminated- The notes explain this goes against the Corporations Act s200b and section 200e and the only way they can get them as termination benefits is if shareholders approve it.
Effectively they can be voted the performance Rights and leave or be terminated the next day and they still get them?
T 1 -commencement of upgrade to production plant is a Weak target incentive and has probably already been achieved imo.
Very weak incentive targets generally and far too generous..
