Seriously who would vote yes for 3/10. Whats in it for retail holders with such pathetic conditions. As I've said I don't really care but it's taking the piss. These resolutions won't pass. RH if you are reading this pull them before you are embarrassed at the AGM or change them to substantially higher hurdles. I know all directors are greedy and think they are underpaid but remember RH it's shareholders who take the most risk on the ASX. You get paid $500K for your time we just accept the consequences of your decisions.
