it’s the amount being asked for that is the problem not that they asked for a bonus. Accepting the request for more than a standard bonus is what is greedy.
I will share this and Ron will know who it’s coming from, at the last meeting I stayed back to say something to Ron and that was.
( You are a great presenter for the company but you should put less emphasis on how much investors have made because it’s the ones that pay in the higher prices that take the share price to where it should be )
Ron continues to boast about the incredible increase in the SP in presenting and yes it’s great but many people don’t invest in stocks that have huge increases in SP and with current market conditions you have less investors to attract.
It’s great that many have made a lot of money so far but this is still the beginning for LRV and to be asking new investors to overlook massive increases in performance bonuses is not expectable without some backed up reporting that indicates we are definitely going much higher by 2026.
Bring out the supporting reports and let’s talk bonuses and move on from this.
