They are paid very very very handsome salaries to execute their roles.
Yes, I also desire to optimise the return on my investment and that is achieved by minimising excessive dilution amd optimisationof performance. Not at the exclusion of the directors but in parallel to them being rewarded for their work and their outperformance.
they'll dorectors receive very significnt salaries . . Well above market averages, they have significant shareholdings from previous allocations. Rewards are already well and truly there well before this current grab for performance rights.
