100% nothing else can explain it that I can think of, yet most people are blindly trusting management even when this dilemma is staring them directly in the face. It's just illogical to me to set the performance rights so low "if" the DFS is to be released pre AGM, or at least released in time to be able to be voted on.
The only other resson is the DFS is a stinker but that goes against all that we have been hearing and gold and antimony proces.
Or they are trying a share grab before a brilliant DFS is released but if you are competent as a manager and confident in the project you set the performance rights higher and you set more of them that way you get rewarded more and people are happy the hurdles are higher so it's a win-win, seeing as they are so low this doesnt seem to be the case playing out.
Seeing what is playing out could be a takeover or someone with more experience coming in to take this to production and management are trying to grab what they can on the way out.
