You are often reasonable - what are your thoughts on the LTI not having production vesting requirements and the termination payment approvals?
I don't think the board would position to remove any of the existing directors subject to remuneration approvals, so I can only see it as t/o preparation.
At a time when he has full insight into the DFS and we have none I am worried he is seeing roadblocks to production we can't.
I guess he may have received informal EOIs in the form of, "when is DFS ready" from funds or trade players and maybe expects a potential T/O - if worried about a T/O keep the termination benefits and change that $1 tranche to a production target.
In my head that makes us know Board is aligned to the long term, and understand if the opportunity to grow this thing is taken away by a T/O they should be remunerated for spending the time they have on developing this company. So a win win that we can break bread.
