I think you guys are reading too much into the termination payments.Did you watch the latest presentation.Neither of them are spring chickens.When you pass away you are naturally no longer with the company. Also 2% additional dilution for performance rights.That amounts to 10c when shares are $5. Remember these guys acquired Hillgrove for us and could've just as easily acquired it for their own private company and left LRV. I much prefer they have decent skin in the game as they now have a big vested interest to get Hillgrove producing asap as regardless of the hurdles to get performance rights they will want the maximum return on their shares. If I'm wrong about the termination payments and its a signal for a takeover then you would want to buy from tomorrow as many shares as you can
