Well it's tranche 3 that seems to be kissing people off . Yes it seems a gift, a fait accompli , whatever but it's only a bit over 3 million shares so it's a bit off but it doesn't stink in my view . As for the termination guarantees we'll I guess from their perspective better to be safe than sorry As for people immediately inferring it's a set up for a takeover or Ron isn't going thru to production these are yet again idle speculations and hardly a reason to sell any shares which in my view would be an act of madness at this stage regardless of either scenario , a takeover or going thru to production . It's almost as if some investors are always looking for something to be alarmed or panicky about . I feel much more alarmed about the unstable genius in the White House than the BOD helping themselves to a bit more equity
