For myself I don't have a problem with Ron and Co taking shares for Remuneration For the cash LRV will produce in the future Im ok with this because its due to these guys that we are ALL here
I question why they have this termination clause Is this something that we can vote on separately or its just incorporated into these resolutions ?
Im not sold on the idea that a Take over is on the table and the directors are merely orchestrating a get out of jail free card so as to speak Why would they do this ? When each party will have significant shares, they will be worth 3-7 times as much in the future Doesn't add up to me, but im a virgin here happy to be educated on the matter
