Having another look at the announcement from April 7th, the put option was extended to "at least 30 days following the expiry of the exclusivity agreement". Annoyingly the length/expiry of the exclusivity agreement doesn't appear to have been revealed... so we are in the dark as to the timeline. I agree the end date shouldn't be kept secret, XAM should publish a date to apply some pressure!
