Don't forget to get your proxy votes in to mobilise change at the AAU board level
by COB Monday would be a safe cut off
(with the 48 hours prior deadline)

Shareholders are reminded that proxy votes are due 48 hours before this week's general meeting.

One resolution is the return of the 4th Board Member - Mr Ugo Cario
Vote NO - to re-electing Mr Ugo Cario and give the remaining Board the option to reduce the AAU Board size and costs down by 25%

here are the series of events that a reduction down to a 3 member Baord may be able to set into motion



This has been socialised to the Company, so as shareholders it's pretty simple to action, consider submitting your proxy votes by COB Monday and vote similiar to the below, but at the very least:
Vote NO to Resolution # 2 - re-elect Mr Ugo Cario

With the Top 20 as of the 21st of May having 67% of SOI, all votes in this way ought to be able to gain the momentum to bring about change.
