Has there been any commentary from the company regarding the extension/re-issue of 6/25 options. The terms and conditions of the options were based on the development schedule provided by the company. These plans were never achieved and when combined with the devasting outcome of litigation with the Dominican Republic , the options were doomed to failure. The convertible note issue added to the problems. The options were worthless then as they are today! Those acquiring the options were misled by the inaccurate information from the company and their poor decision making ( ie c/note issue) .We invested in the options under a false pretense and as a result, show be compensated by way of a new options issue. I will be writing to brian on this matter and I suggest all option holders to contact the company. We have been poorly treated.
