below is how I voted and a suggestion for others to consider
refer a few posts up as for the explanation, but basically we wish to try to get the size of the Board reduced from 4 down to 3
by NOT returning current Director Ugo Cario into a continued role on the Board
consider at least Voting NO (Against) Resolution #2
you lodge your proxy votes by logging onto Automic and selecting Meetings > ProxyVoting from the left hand menu and it only takes 5 minutes
